We are a thoroughly Roman bakery in spirit nestled into the beating heart of New York City. We started in Soho in 1994, at 73 Sullivan Street. We still have a store down the road at 103 Sullivan Street, but our main bakery now lives in Hell’s Kitchen, where we bake around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year, supplying the finest fresh bread, rolls, Roman-style pizzas, and other treats to the city that never sleeps. We are as much a part of New York City now as it is of us – we’ve grown from newcomer to institution, and now look forward to welcoming visitors from across the globe. For over twenty-five years, we’ve served the citizens and restaurant community of NYC, spread our love and loaves around the world with no-knead bread and other recipes, and we now thank you for continuing the journey with us.
