We are a thoroughly Roman bakery in spirit nestled into the beating heart of New York City. We started in Soho in 1994, at 73 Sullivan Street, but our main bakery now lives in Hell’s Kitchen, where we bake around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year, supplying the finest fresh bread, rolls, Roman-style pizzas, and other treats to the city that never sleeps. We are as much a part of New York City now as it is of us – we’ve grown from newcomer to institution, and now look forward to welcoming visitors from across the globe. For over twenty-five years, we’ve served the citizens and restaurant community of NYC, spread our love and loaves around the world with no-knead bread and other recipes, and we now thank you for continuing the journey with us.
